Is RUWorking free?
Yes, for pros and clients.
Do my clients need an app or account?
No. They tap the link (or scan the QR code) you send, and the schedule opens. Their phone remembers it.
Can anyone see my schedule?
No. There are no public schedule pages. Only people you invite can see it, and you can remove anyone at any time.
A client says their link says “already used.”
Each link works once, on one phone. Make a new invite for them from Invites.
A client got a new phone.
Send them a new invite link. You can revoke the old one from your dashboard.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password? on the log-in page.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Account → Delete account.
